Souvenir photo album from a 1930s edition of George White’s Scandals. George White's Scandals were a long-running string of Broadway revues produced by George White that ran from 1919–1939, modeled after the Ziegfeld Follies. White was an American theatrical producer and director who also was an actor, choreographer, composer, dancer, dramatist, lyricist and screenwriter. While other editions of the Scandals launched the careers many well-known stars, this edition features Willie & Eugene Howard, Eleanor Powell, Loomis Sisters, Florence Healey, and others. Lots of b/w photographs of scantily clad women. 9” x 12” and 16 pages. Mild edge wear and some light soil. See images.
