Group of 38 different real photo postcards from 1926 of athletes at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire. 36 of the players signed a farewell message to “Brock” who is Curtis Henry Brockelman (1905-1996). One of the 2 unsigned photos is of Curtis himself (10th photo, far right). Another photo of young Curtis Brockelman (from findagrave.com) is attached in the photos at the end (for reference only). Brockelman, from Clinton, Massachusetts, was attending Exeter that year but left to attend Yale. He lettered in football at Yale in 1927 and graduated there in 1929. While at college, he played baseball, football, and basketball. 

The group of Exeter athletes consists of 12 baseball players, 11 basketball players, 10 football players, 3 rowers, 1 hockey player and 1 coach.

Each postcard is postally unused and has the same AZO stamp box on the reverse (example shown in the 2nd to last photo). The reverse of one postcard (4th to last photo, far left) has an ID of "Lee Kendall 'Howard Seminary' West Bridgewater Massachusetts." The reverse of another postcard (4th to last photo, far right) has "R. Boyer Pine Grove, Pa. M. I. T." This was Richard Boyer who prepared at Phillips Exeter Academy and graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Postcards are shown housed in clear rigid holders. Forgive some of the glare.

Measures approximately 3 3/8 x 5 3/8 inches each. Overall Very Good++ with some small creases and spots on a few cards as shown. Priority shipping, signature tracking and insurance paid.
