Includes a list of names of prisoners with their crimes and sentences and prior occupations, a list of the names of guards employed, a list of escapes and recaptures, previous offenders, prisoners sent to insane asylums etc. Also contains the Prison Contract (work for prisoners) and detailed expenditure reports along with a medical report and much else.

Green paper wraps with black titles. Octavo. 36pp. "Presented by Secretary of Territory Phoenix Arizona" hand written at top of title page. Faint ink stamp of State Historical Society, Denver dated Oct 19, 1899.
