1870s two ferrotype portraits in embossed frame mounts, back advertising paste-ups identifying the printer as Crump in New York for a photographer at 73 Fulton Avenue, Brooklyn, and Estabrooke’s Ferreotypes at 105 Fulton in Brooklyn as well as at 833 Broadway in Manhattan. Edward M. Estabrooke had in 1872 published a manual of how to make ferrotypes. Fulton Avenue in Brooklyn was home to many photographers in the 1870s.
