Shipping and Returns

Shipping is an additional charge for all purchases. Items ship from Kentucky, USA and all purchases made in Kentucky are charged 6% sales tax. Items generally ship within 1-3 business days. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties or VAT taxes as required by their country. Items may be returned immediately upon receipt only if they are not what the buyer purchased. Alternate Projects must approve all returns. All PayPal purchases include an additional charge for PayPal fees of 4% for national and 5% for international.
