Brooklyn, New York, Shoe Polish Week, 1986, Softcover
Bob McGlynn (1957-2017) activist and visionary of the New York City and international anarchist movement. Masked by pseudonyms, McGlynn’s persona was an animating force in the 1980s zine scene. With Ann-Marie Hendrickson, Dave, Liz and Sharon, he was one of a group known as the Marginals who produced this ultra irreverent post situationist punk avant garde insurrectionary anarchist literary DIY art zine Shoe Polish Week, a clever take on the absurdity of the post-situ scene in 1980s America. “b”OB often wrote under the byline of his nihilist alter ego, Joey Homicides.
