This is a booklet for the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego, CA. All the date references inside end in 1895. It has 32 pages inside with 6 pictures. Talks a lot about how great the weather is year round, the Coronado hunting grounds where you can ride on horses and hunt on the field of thousand of rabbits. In fact there is a picture in the book of a bunch of people on horse back in the front entrance ready to go. Talks about how the hotel is the largest resort in the world. There is a poem, and a map on the backside. The booklet does have some damage. It looks like a long time ago it was exposed to some moisture which has stained the cover and some pages inside.
