This is an original WWII poster that hung in an aircraft or parts factory to remind employees that mistakes could cost soldiers their lives. It has a picture of a pilot's skull wearing a helmet with a plane going down in the background. The text says, "Hidden Errors Cost Lives!". "Don't Hide Errors... Report Them to Your Foreman". It's very large and is about 40 x 70 inches framed. Around the edges are a few small tears and some tape marks. Shipping in the USA is included.
