Shipping and Returns

Payment: We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Contact us for other methods. Standard trade courtesies apply, institutions billed according to their needs.

Shipping: $12 Priority Mail, more for oversized items.

Guarantee: All our books are guaranteed to be as described. Items available subject to previous sale.

Returns: We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receipt, with prior authorization. Buyer pays shipping unless book was described in error.

Elk River Books is an open shop in windy Livingston, Montana, the original gateway to Yellowstone National Park. It's run by the cousin team of poet Marc Beaudin, and erstwhile journalist Andrea Peacock. We carry a full, curated selection of general interest material, and specialize in collectible outdoor literature.
