Shipping and Returns

1. Orders accepted by telephone or e-mail. Payments may be made by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, or by check in U.S. funds. Virginia residents please add 5.3% sales tax. 2. Institutional customers please note that we will be happy to hold items until you are in full operation. Libraries will be billed in any manner suited to their budgetary requirements. 3. New customers unknown to us, please send check with order. 4. Shipping, handling and insurance are charged at $10,00 for the first volume $3.00 for each additional volume. 5. Any item may be returned for any reason within ten days of receipt. Kindly notify us before returning the item.
