98 p. of text, plus 72 leaves of collotypes, referred to as 'photogravures',  The text, from the mayor of San Diego, seems to be a sale pitch for the area; the photographs are quite interesting. The illustrations are cited as being by H. Friend, of the American Photogravure Co. Chicago. Full leather, spine professionally restored. Edges of cover show wear; the interior is clean, and the binding is very tight.
