Limited to 400 copies. 162 pp., frontis; 4to; black cloth back lettered in white, and patterned paper over boards, in slipcase. Illustrated with 94 reproductions of DePol's etchings, engravings, lithographs, etc., 34 of those in two-color. "Designed and printed by James Wehlage at the Tuscan Press in Novato, California. The paper is Mohawk Superfine. The text is composed in Adobe Caslon. The illustrations have been scanned and printed by offset at the Tuscan Press. The decorative papers are adapted from a pattern engraved by John DePol. The binding was done at Cardoza-James Bindery in San Francisco. The box was made by John DeMerritt" (Colophon).
