very good

This is the story of Peter Crowe and his interactions with the Marston family. He was described as adept at the magical arts....he was an enchanter.  He was raised in the foothills west of the Alleghenies. This is described on the cover as a tale of sorcery or the Black Art Laid in the hills of Western Virginia (The chill he gave one by his uncanniness, he thawed by his repertoire of entertainment.)
