This is the report of the State Society of the Cincinnati of Pennsylvania . It was recorded on the 87th Anniversary of American Independence. Ironically the meeting was in 1863 in Philadelphia on July 4th. This publication also reprints the original proceedings from 1783 and includes a list of signatures of the original members.
