1.) 1851 San Jose manuscript document signed by Mayor White. Also signed by 1845 pioneer Frances Lightstone.

2.) 1854 manuscript receipt for payment. Joseph Folsom, a gold rush pioneer and wealthy businessman pays for having a house moved. The town of Folsom and Folsom street named for him. 

3.) 1851 draft on Palmer, Cook & Co. Bankers. Pays to John Caperton $100. Caperton was Sheriff John C. Hays deputy. Caperton signs as deputy.

4.) 1854 San Francisco coffee label.

5.) 1854 business letter to California Surveyor General John C. Hays from the State Treasury Department.

6.) 1851 Bond Coupon signed by Mayor John Geary that matures in 1855. (1" x 3")

7.) 1851 printed announcement of establishment of a commission business as Alsop & Co.

8.) 3 goldrush period song sheets printed in San Francisco.
