Very good
8 3/4" x 12". Affixed to a slightly larger card stock. Minor chipping at edges. Several closed separations at folds.
The railroad proposed never materialized. Alviso, at the time, was the transportation hub of the South Bay having the southern most steamboat landing on the bay. In 1864 Alviso was bypassed by the San Francisco & San Jose Railroad causing a steady decline in what had been a very vibrant port.
