Cocteau (1889-1963), did it all: novelist, screenwriter and film director, critic, playwright and also a poet.
Here, a collection of 92 poems plus some hommages (or “tributes”) and Poèmes Espagnols (“Spanish poems”): Cocteau had a deep affection for Spain, which he visited frequently, and embraced many aspects of its culture, particularly bullfighting. He also greatly admired Picasso.
Unopened, in near fine condition (a faint brown mark on the limitation page, likely caused by a document previously laid into the book)
