Front cover measures 5 5/8 X 9 3/8 inches. Front cover reads - Pin Pictures Illustrated "The Snow Storm" and other Poems. San Francisco , Printed by E. Bosqui & Co., Expressly for Mrs. Carrie F. Young. 1877 , Price 50cents. This book is the best condition of all 3 found in the estate. UCLA has one copy and other sold privately many years ago. Has weight type impressions to book, with small paper loss to lower right corner (paper cover). This book was advertised in newspapers to help support Mrs. Carry F. Young (widow) after her husband Wm. J. Young death in Phoenix Arizona Territory, in the later part of 1876, He was a traveling photographer and partner (mentor) of G.H. Rothrock (was at Wm. J. Youngs side time of death), purchased or settled the photo inventory with Carrie F. Young. Carrie was at the time Staying at Lake Tahoe hot baths at Tahoe City with friend Doctor Bourne.
