Strong portrait w/ deep contrast and fine detail.
Dress documents the assimilation transition — the man on right wears a feather in his flat brimmed hat, moccasins rather than boots and more decorative beadwork which is reminiscent of Santee work though I cannot concretely make that attribution. Image is not identified.
Trivial edge wear.
