Limited to 325 numbered copies printed and designed by David Holman at the Wind River Press on Rives heavyweight paper. A fine copy. Includes descriptions of 41 American presses. Many of the presses contributed an example of their printing which has been tipped in. Some of the presses represented are the Adagio Press, the Allen Press, Arion Press, Bird & Bull Press (with an example of their printing), Cummington Press, Gehenna Press, Janus Press, the Press of the Nightowl, Laguna Verde Imprenta, Perishable Press, Plantin Press, and the Warwick Press. Other presses treated include Abattoir, Anvil, Cranium, Greenwood, Heron, Labyrinth Editions, Lime Kiln, Press in Tuscany Alley, Stone Wall, Windhover, et al.

Orders in the USA are normally shipped using the US Postal Service Media Mail. Other services such as UPS and air mail through the US Postal Service are available upon request. Foreign shipments are sent via USPS International Mail, which generally arrives within 2-3 weeks.
