First edition limited to 390 copies, of which this is one of 40 copies bound thus and printed on Nideggen German mould-made paper with endpapers of handmade Amate, a Mexican bark-paper. With a presentation in ink on a blank sheet of paper by Tom Taylor to Fred Schreiber loosely inserted. Prospectus loosely inserted. A fine copy.

All items are offered subject to prior sale. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, wire transfer in US dollars, and personal or business checks in US dollars drawn on a US bank. Orders in the USA are normally shipped using the US Postal Service Media Mail. Other services such as UPS and air mail through the US Postal Service are available upon request. Foreign shipments are sent via USPS International Mail, which generally arrives within 2-3 weeks. In the U.S., standard shipping cost will be $8.50 for first volume and $1.00 for each additional volume. If ordering outside the U.S., postage is calculated based on weight and destination. Please contact us for an international shipping quote. Books are returnable within two weeks, but please notify us before returning a book.
