Includes instructions for stage assembly; characters, cast and scene lists, and brief synopsis of the action which include helpful explanations such as, "Lucy is the victim of a vampire (a ghost or reanimated body that sucks the blood of the living)." In 1978, Gorey won a Tony Award for Best Costume Design and received a nomination for Best Scenic Design for his work on the 1977 Broadway revival of Dracula, on which this book is based. Folio spiral bound stiff card covers; 20 pages printed on rectos only. Light edge rubbing and rear corners nicked, otherwise near fine.
