Please order via email. Pre-payment required, payable in U.S. dollars,by checks drawn on a U.S. bank or postal money order. For international orders, accept payment via PayPal or international bank wire transfers. Shipping rates: Domestic $5.50 for the first books $1.00 for each additional. International charges will be quoted: Global Priority, Parcel Post. Kindly supply complete name, street address and phone number when ordering. Returns by prior arrangement and within 10 days of receipt.
