Thomas CHALMERS (1780-1847). [A Collection of 38 works by or on Chalmers ]. Chalmers was a renowned Scottish minister, theologian, social reformer, and a principal leader of the Free Church of Scotland. Celebrated for his powerful preaching and persuasive writing, he was a key figure in the ‘Disruption’ of 1843, which led to the formation of the Free Church.
