Ca early 1880s. Accordian format, beginning with a full-page portrait of George Washington with each subsequent leaf/panel comprised of two oval bust portraits of presidents John Adams through Chester A. Arthur.  Each portrait is accompanied by a facsimile signature. Pamphlet: 4-1/2" x 5-1/2". Entire 12 panels: 4" x 59". Individual panel: 4" x 5". Pamphlet, with llustrated front cover, with oval medallion labeled "E Pluribus Unum" showing an eagle perched atop a stars-and-stripes shield resting on laurel branches and arrows on dark clouds with a pedestal below bedecked with various flags and armaments. Text printed to lower margin of front cover: "Eigenthumsrecht" [i.e., copyright] and on the lower right "U. & E." Back cover lists all the presidents with their birth date, term of office, and when applicable, date of death. Now housed in a protective clear archival mylar sleeve. General wear & age-toning, small abrasion to back cover, PO ink annotations naming each president [primarily to image verso]. Overall, a VG copy.
