Prichard's work suggested improvements of harbours on the south-eastern coast of England, giving a general theory of sand bars.  The first plate, a Plan of Arundel Port, has been neatly repaired without loss, else very good.  This is a rare work: OCLC sites one copy, that in the University of South Carolina (one of the largest American libraries of the time).
