Sanderson's book includes designs for labourer's cottages, small villas, farm house, and out-buildings.  Sanderson recommends construction materials and tells how to use them.  In addition to the plates, there are many illustrations in the text.  This work was first published in 1854.  Name on title page; yellow wrappers lightly rubbed, still a most desirable copy.
