The book is in good condition. It's a large book, measuring 9 1/2" x 7 1/2". There are no bookplates or markings of any kind in the book. There is some light rubbing to the outside boards. The gilt lettering and illustration on the cover is bright and unrubbed. This book contains all 3 of Rackham's original tipped-in color plates, with none missing, removed, or loose. They are all in excellent condition and all have intact tissue guards. The pages are free of foxing. This is the limited edition printed by Hodder and Stoughton and is #475/500 signed by Arthur Rackham and the books Author Eden Phillpotts. These early Rackham's are often split up and sold separately for their beautiful prints. A rare find complete with many beautiful illustrations.
