SHERIFF'S OFFICE Boise, Idaho

WANTED FOR EMBEZZLEMENT

This Office holds a warrant of arrest for E. R. Harrigan, charging him with the crime of embezzlement. E. R. Harrigan is a former Agent of the U.S. Alcohol Tax Unit. He was discharged and at the present time represents himself to be a Special Agent of the Federal Govern- ment. He will very likely appear at any local Police or Sheriff's Office and establish a build-up for himself. He knows a large number of Police Officers in Idaho and Utah. Will probably show up at local Government Offices such as U.S. Marshall's Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation Offices or Alcohol Tax Unit offices.

Harrigan is described as being about 38 years of age, height 6 ft. Weight 185 lbs, blue eyes, medium dark hair, rather ruddy complexion regular build and a smooth talker. The attached photo is a good likeness of Harrigan which was taken when he first entered the Govern- ment Service several years ago.

I will extradite this man.
