What I can make out in one postcard:

Grandma hayes has written that you are in San Antonio and I know they are glad to have you with them you! I wish you had this big red apple which is for my table. It is weighs a pound and a half. I saw four big dears which a hunter had killed today. This is a great country ...to come see.
