SCARCE. 8vo. Hardcover. Very good. Red cloth covered boards with gilt title to front board and to spine. Gilt emblem to front board. Embossed decoration to boards. Bumping to spine ends and corners. Chipping to spine ends. Small tears to cloth at hinges. Minor fading and damp staining to front board and to spine. Ownership inscription to front paste down and to title page. Interior hinges are starting and there is a crack towards the center of the book, though binding remains tight. Minor age toning and foxing to pages. Text, illustrations, and diagrams and bright. All fold out diagrams are present and in excellent condition. Three small closed tears which have been repaired with archival tape to large map at rear. 200 pages.
