Name and incomplete diecut on the front free endpaper. Second edition, so stated on title page. All early editions of Collodi's immortal classic are rare. The comprehensive catalogue of the firm Libreria Salimbeni, "Collodi, da Collodi, su Collodi," which appeared in 1984, could only offer a very incomplete copy of this edition.
