9 1/2” x 6 1/2”, 71pp report by R. G. McConnell (1857-1942), Canadian geologist & explorer. Working for the Geologic Survey of Canada, he conducted annual exploratory and reconnaissance surveys in the west and northwest. This report is scarcer than the 1900 preliminary report and contains numerous diagrams and photographs of the infamous Klondike Gold Rush (1896-1899).
Lost its original wrappers, homemade wrapper. First page separated. Some water stains and darkening of lower right corner last half of volume.
