Presidente de el "Comite Patriotico Liberal"/Report rendered by the President of the Liberal Patriotic Committee. . 17p + one folding chart 8-1/4" x 6-1/4" inchesPrinted lavender wraps Signed in ink "Sr Natividad Cruz, Presente", also inscribed in 1944 on first leaf. At the turn of the century, in resistence to the Diaz regime, Liberal clubs were forming and meeting secretly in Mexican cities to discuss politics.  This pamphlet was likely printed in preparation for the First Liberal Congress that met in San Luis Potos in 1901  Very good.  (1981)
