Item Details

Utah--Its People, Resources, Attractions and Institution, Compiled from Authentic Information and the Latest Reports, Bureau of Information, Salt Lake City, Utah, mid 1920's. 99pp., 7 1/8 x 4 3/4 inches.

Pictorial staple-bound wrapper with dark green ink. Light wear with clean interior. Very Good Condition.

Classic promotional booklet from the mid 1920's as published by the Bureau of Information, Salt Lake City, Utah. Many similar booklets abound yet we've not found a copy with the same cover photo, advertising the "Feather River Route" to California. We surmise that advertisers could purchase the front wrapper so maybe there are many different wrappers covering the same booklet. In this case, the Western Pacific Railroad owned the front wrapper and Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad, inside the front wrapper.

Four interior pages include color photos of Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Grand Canyon.
