A collection of 17 essays and speeches in which Carnegie discusses a wide range of issues relating to contemporary business and industry (tariffs, labor relations, public/private partnerships, the oil, steel, coal and railroad industries, etc.), as well as the individual qualities and habits needed to achieve economic success.
