Undated; likely ca. 1939, and possibly issued as a (somewhat oversized) restaurant placemat.
One short closed tear at upper left margin, some paper residue from mounting on the verso, light creasing/handling wear, some spots of slight discoloration. Good to very good overall. No publication information provided.
