An unusual note book of manuscript notes and architectural drawings, in ink and pencil, with numerous original illustrations of ornamental details. The front page is a regnal time line of Rickman and Sharpe architectural classifications from William I (1066) to Henry VIII (1546), The last two pages are a glossary of architectural terms. "5th Year" indicates that Kathleen would have been fifteen or sixteen years old when she created this record.

Note Book 8" by 6 1/2" Limp boards further covered in brown paper with "Architecture Notes. Kathleen Spencer. 5th Year" handwritten in ink. Approximately sixty used pages with some blank leaves.
