Ca1895 printed flyer for the weekly newspaper Telegram published in Richmond, Indiana, printed at their own presses. Called the Richmond Weekly Telegraph 1865 to 1868, and again 1885 to 1897. Edited by A. G. Wilcox 1868-1885. The paper promotes itself as better than electric light to brighten a home - the first electric streetcars in Richmond were 1889. The newspaper cost $1 a year, and was delivered free of postage within Wayne County. 5.5”x8.25”
