This 12 pp booklet was issued by the Colored Voters Association of the Republican National Committee in support of the party's 1928 presidential candidate Herbert Hoover.  The text quotes virulently racist comments by Southern Democrats and repeatedly attacks Hoover's Democratic opponent Al Smith for his refusal to condemn that racism.
