What we call "new old stock" in the trade, this pamphlet and map are in fine condition. I was afraid to handle the map and failed to measure it.  See photos. Fine condition. 

City map and guide of Seattle from 1945. Includes details on the Seattle transit system, plus an index of all streets and avenues, with apartments, hotels, motels, clubs, buildings, theatres, churches, labor organizations, parks, playgrounds, bathing beaches, schools, docks, and more. 

You can find less expensive copies but will never find a nicer copy.
